A calm, therapeutic place where you can face your addiction and start your recovery.
Who we are
Seasons offers residential addiction treatment for men and women aged 18 to 64. We’ve been helping people recover here in Walsall since 2015.
Everyone who stays with us follows a recovery programme built around their own needs. Our multidisciplinary team is highly experienced, and many of them are in recovery themselves, so they understand what you’re going through.
How we work
Our programme looks after your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It includes:
- 12-step philosophy and group work
- Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
- Addiction workshops
- Humanistic therapies
- Team-building activities
- Interpersonal group therapy
- One-to-one therapy focused on core issues
- Creative groups
- Yoga

Regulated by the Care Quality Commission
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. It inspects our service, and we work with it to keep improving how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led we are.
Independent inspectors from the Care Quality Commission have rated Seasons Good. Their report looks at whether our care is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. When the CQC last reviewed the information it holds about us, in July 2023, it found no reason to reassess our rating.
