What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us when you fill in a form on this website. That is your name, your email address, your phone number if you add it, and your message.
Your message may include details about your health, your use of drugs, alcohol or gambling, or someone else’s. We treat this as sensitive information and handle it with extra care. Please only share what you are comfortable with. You can always call us instead.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and give you the help or information you asked for. We do not use them for marketing, and we never sell or rent your information.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. For any health information you choose to share, we rely on your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
Messages sent through our forms are delivered to our team by a secure form service, Web3Forms, and are stored in our email system. These providers only handle your information to deliver and store our messages. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to, or there is a serious risk to someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you go on to receive treatment with us, your information becomes part of your care record, which we keep for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not use analytics.
Some parts of the site come from other services. The map on our contact page is from Google and only loads if you choose to show it. Google may set cookies when it does. The rating box on our About page comes from the Care Quality Commission. Like any website, these services can see your device’s IP address when they send content to your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. To do this, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please talk to us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
